On Saturday, Marile and I had another of our “Date Night For A Cause” with 500 of our closest friends. The cause: 15th BLUE Missions Gala, a non-profit changing lives across Latin America—by building sanitation systems and providing clean water in rural communities. Their mission is simple yet powerful:
“Clean water is just the beginning.”
Access to clean water is more than survival—it’s about providing opportunity, dignity, health, and hope for families who on a daily basis would walk miles to collect water from contaminated sources. BLUE Missions is delivering more than clean water, they are delivering futures.
A Night of Hope and Impact
We extend our sincerest gratitude to the wonderful chairs, Estefania and Daniel Diaz Balart, whose warmth and generosity fostered an atmosphere of hope and a shared commitment to change. We are thankful to Lissette Hermida and Andres O’Campo for the generous invitation—it was truly an honor to be part of such a meaningful celebration.
We also want to congratulate Daniel Rodriguez, the visionary Co-Founder & CEO of BLUE Missions. Daniel’s passion alongside his tireless dedication to uplifting communities through access to clean water is not only inspiring—it’s lifesaving. His leadership reminds us that when we serve others, we nourish humanity.
Why BLUE Missions Matters
Since its founding, BLUE Missions has led hundreds of volunteers and donors to take part in service trips that build clean water systems and sanitation facilities. These projects are community-driven and sustainable, ensuring that families no longer have to walk miles for water, risk waterborne illness, or face unsafe living conditions.
