Presidents’ Day is more than a commemoration of those who have served in our highest office—it is a time to reflect on our ideals of democracy, freedom, and service.
Today, the United States continues to be a leading force in global affairs, leading efforts for peace and economic stability. In a time of uncertainty and unrest, America stands as a lighthouse in the storm–offering wisdom and strength in guiding the world toward a more just and peaceful future.
A Prayer for Our Nation
As is our tradition on this day, we offer a prayer for our leaders and our country:
Heavenly Father, we come to You on this Presidents’ Day with gratitude for the men and women who have led our nation with wisdom and courage.
We ask for Your continued guidance over those who serve today, that they may govern with integrity, compassion, and strength.
May they seek unity over division and justice over complacency.
Lord, bless our country, its people, and those who protect our freedoms at home and abroad.
As a nation under God, may we always strive to be a beacon of hope and peace in the world.
