By using the Site or our SMS program, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Using the Site or receiving texts from us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a separate written engagement with the Firm.

Lopez Gov Law is a Miami-Dade government affairs, procurement, and land use law practice led by Jorge Luis Lopez, Esq. We advise public and private clients on governmental, legislative, and regulatory matters.

2. Information We Collect

Contact and inquiry information: such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the content of messages you send through contact forms, email, or phone.
Professional or business information: information you include when requesting information about our services.
SMS / mobile information: if you opt in to our Lopez Gov Law Team Alerts program, including your mobile phone number and records of your consent, opt-out, and HELP requests.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we or our service providers may collect:

4. Text Messaging / SMS (Lopez Gov Law Team Alerts)

If you opt in to Lopez Gov Law Team Alerts, we may send recurring SMS messages about firm operational matters (for example, agenda or hearing updates, deadline reminders, task notices, and schedule information). Message frequency varies, up to 20 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information and consent, non-sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use your mobile number and SMS consent only to:

Send the Team Alerts messages you opted into;
Process STOP, HELP, START/YES, and similar requests; and
Maintain records needed for carrier and messaging-compliance requirements.

5. How We Share Information

Service providers: that help us operate the Site, email, hosting, analytics, or SMS delivery, under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.

Business transfers: such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
With your direction or consent.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy (including the SMS non-sharing statement above), we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
